What we collect when you contact us, what we don't collect at all, and how to have your information removed.

What we collect, and when

Nothing at all unless you contact us. Browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking of any kind.

When you send an enquiry we store what you typed — your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company, project type, budget range, timeline and message. We also record the IP address and browser the request came from. Those two are used only to stop the form being abused, and for nothing else.

Live chat

If you open the chat widget we store one cookie, allyspace_visitor, for 180 days. It holds a random identifier and nothing else — it is what lets a conversation you come back to still be yours. We keep the messages you send, and your name, email address or phone number only if you choose to give them.

What we don’t do

No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising networks. No third-party scripts of any kind. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not build a profile of you.

Who else handles it

Your information is stored in MongoDB Atlas, and notifications about your enquiry are delivered by Resend. Both act on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Chat conversations that were closed and never became an enquiry are deleted automatically after 180 days. Enquiries we keep until you ask us to delete them.

Your information is yours

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us at info@allyspace.in and we will.

wastack, and messages sent through it

wastack is our WhatsApp marketing and automation platform, built on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. It is in development. This part of the policy covers the information it handles, which is different from everything above.

What wastack handles. Phone numbers and contact details uploaded by the businesses who use it, the content of the messages they send, and the delivery and read status WhatsApp returns for each one.

Whose information it is. It belongs to the business using wastack, not to us. They decide who is on their contact lists and what those messages say; we hold and process that information on their instructions and for no other purpose. That is a different relationship from the enquiry and chat information described earlier on this page, where we decide what is collected and why.

Where it goes. To deliver a message, the recipient’s number and the message content are sent to Meta, which operates WhatsApp. That is how the message reaches the person, and there is no way to send one without it.

How long it is kept. A contact deleted by the business that uploaded it is removed from our systems. When a business closes its wastack account, its contacts and message history are deleted. Delivery records we keep only as long as they are needed for billing and for showing the business what happened to its own campaigns.

If you received a message. Every wastack message can be stopped by replying to opt out. An opt-out is recorded against that number and honoured automatically on every later send, by every business using the platform — it is enforced by wastack, not left to whoever is sending. You can also write to us directly and ask to be removed.

Your rights. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR give people rights over their personal information — to see it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. Where the information belongs to a business using wastack, we pass the request to them and help them act on it. Where it is ours to act on, we act on it ourselves.

Deleting your data

If you use wastack for your business and want your account and everything in it deleted, email us from the address your account is registered to and say so. We will delete your contacts, your message history and your account, and confirm when it is done. You can also delete individual contacts yourself at any time from inside the platform, which removes them immediately.

If you received a message from a business using wastack and want your number removed, you have two options. Reply to the message to opt out, which stops any further messages to you automatically. Or email us with the number that was messaged, and we will remove it and tell the business that sent to you.

Either way the address is info@allyspace.in. We answer these ourselves — there is no form to fill in and no account to create.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
