Terms of service
What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and who pays for what.
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms cover wastack, our WhatsApp marketing and automation platform, and any other software Ally Space provides to you as a service. By using it, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may do so.
What you may use it for
Use wastack to message people about your own business. Do not use it to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or misleading messages, to impersonate anyone else, or to work around limits we or Meta have put in place. Do not resell access without agreeing that with us first.
Consent is your responsibility
You must have permission from every person you message. You are responsible for how your contact lists were built and for being able to show that the people on them agreed to hear from you. We do not collect that consent for you and we cannot verify it.
wastack records and enforces opt-outs automatically, so once someone opts out they stop receiving your messages. That is a safeguard, not a substitute for having permission in the first place.
WhatsApp’s rules apply too
wastack runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and Meta’s own policies apply to everything you send. Meta can restrict or block a WhatsApp Business Account that breaks them, and that is their decision, not ours.
If your messaging puts your account or our platform at risk — high block rates, repeated policy breaches, or a report from Meta — we may suspend your access. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where the risk is immediate, we may suspend first and explain straight after.
Paying for it
Two separate things get paid for, and they are billed by different people.
Meta charges for the WhatsApp messages themselves. You attach your own payment method to your own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills you directly. We never take a cut of it and we do not mark it up.
We charge a subscription for the platform. It is payable in advance for the period you have chosen. If a payment fails we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before suspending the account. Fees already paid for a period are not refunded when you cancel partway through it, but you keep access until that period ends.
What we are responsible for
We will provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we depend on Meta’s systems to deliver messages — when WhatsApp is down, wastack cannot deliver.
We are responsible for direct loss we actually cause, up to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We are not responsible for lost profits or lost business, for messages a recipient did not receive because of a failure at Meta, or for the consequences of messages you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, and we will delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
We may end your access if you break these terms, if your messaging breaches WhatsApp’s policies, or if you stop paying. If we stop offering the platform altogether we will give you reasonable notice and refund the unused part of anything you have already paid.
Changes, and getting in touch
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will update this page and the date at the top of it, and tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
